In the apps
Syntegra RP and Nutshell have AI built in: an assistant that answers questions and runs commands, and voice-to-structured entry. When you use those features, what you say or type is sent to a language-model provider. Details are in each app’s privacy policy.

Syntegra RP
Resource planning for a manufacturing shop that keeps working when the network does not. Inventory and assemblies, an equipment configurator that turns options into quotes, sales orders, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and bills of material imported from CAD. Everything syncs both ways with QuickBooks. SAi, the built-in assistant, answers questions and can open screens or find records by voice or text.
Archie
Case management for a physiotherapy clinic handling third-party funded care: WorkSafe NB, motor-vehicle insurers, and similar payers. Archie tracks each referral from approval through treatment to discharge, counts visits against what the payer approved, knows when each report is due, and flags billable work that has not been billed. Clinicians see their caseload; the front desk sees everything. Runs in the browser, nothing to install. Built with AI; no AI features inside the app today.
Nutshell
A personal life tracker: nested todos, calendar, food and calorie logging, health measures, and symptoms in one offline-first app that syncs across Android, iOS, and desktop. Speak or type an entry and the built-in AI turns it into structured data.
